Special Sessions

In recent years, the Supreme Court has convened for oral argument at special sessions at various locations around the State. These special sessions provide opportunities for students and other interested members of the general public to learn about the Court and observe oral argument. Information about the cases argued at special sessions of the Court is presented below.

Memorials for selected members of the Supreme Court are located under the names of the individual justices on the California Supreme Court Justices page. Historic Special Sessions are located in the History section.
